Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
